Today’s prayer
Supreme Source of Life, I honor the earth that carries me, the soil that yields food, the trees that offer shelter, and the countless living systems that sustain my days. I am grateful for the stability beneath my feet and for those whose labor turns the gifts of the earth into nourishment and home. Teach me to be grounded when ambition pulls me in too many directions.
Give me patience to plant before I harvest, to care for what I have before seeking more, and to build slowly where a strong foundation is needed. May I remember that lasting prosperity requires stewardship, not merely possession. Let me be a responsible guest upon this planet.
May my work be fruitful without being wasteful, and may the resources that pass through my hands be treated with respect. As roots support a tree, let gratitude support my life. So may it be.
