Today’s prayer
Supreme Source of Life, today I give thanks for the ability to practice, repeat, learn, and improve. I recognize that prosperity often grows through ordinary decisions made consistently: showing up, keeping promises, finishing difficult work, and beginning again after setbacks. Strengthen my attention when I am tempted by distraction.
Help me choose what matters over what merely feels urgent. Give me patience with slow progress and honesty about habits that drain time or resources. May I rest when needed without using rest as a hiding place from responsibility.
Let my actions become aligned with my intentions. Help me build systems that support good choices and welcome correction when I wander. May persistence be guided by wisdom rather than stubbornness. So may it be.
The opening and closing are suggestions. Use your own words for the sacred, or none at all.
A two-minute pause
Sit upright and let your shoulders soften. Breathe in a sense of steadiness; breathe out hurry. Bring to mind one ability you have, and simply hold it in gratitude.
There is no timer. Close the guide whenever you are ready.
If you like, add quiet background sound with Ambient sound at the top of the prayer.
